概要 In this paper, we reported that the nitration of tryptophan by NOS activity in differentiated and naïve PC12 cell was observed in some ribosomal proteins such as ribosomal protein S19. This is the first study to identify several specific sites of nitrated tryptophan on proteins not only in viable culture cells but also in a physiological process: cell differentiation.
