概要 We investigated Japanese full-time employees' degree of compliance orientation (N=1,652). "Priority at work" was measured by three factor scores: "Self-oriented", "Organization-oriented", and "Society-oriented". The results show the "Self-oriented" scores increase as age and position rise. Another result shows that females were more likely than males to give priority to society or their organization.
