概要 We tried to analyze the effects of triiodothyronine (TH), which was one of the critical hormone for transformation of amphibians, for the production of antimicrobial peptides in the skin. Consequently, it was revealed that TH induced the gene expression of preprotemporins in the skin of Rana tagoi.
