|Comparing Sources of Interest of High and Low Proficiency Level College Students in Japan in Classes with Native English-Speaking Teachers and Japanese English Teachers.

|The study revealed the main sources of Interest in learning among High and Low Proficiency Level students. High Level students reported to have a more positive attitude toward the global community of English speakers, showing integrative orientation. At the same time, Low Level students appeared to have intrinsic interest as a major driving force of their motivation.
