概要 We generated and evaluated genetically modified lactic acid bacteria secreted IL-1B. Culture supernatant of the recombinant contained IL-1B and induced IL-8 production from Caco-2 cells. Intragastric immunization of mice with recombinant starain and Salmonella Enteritidis(SE) significantly induced anti Salmonella antibody in serume compared with mice immunized wild type strain and SE.The recombinants secreted IL-1B shouwed adjuvant activity.
