概要 To understand the current Japanese career women's job turnover and job dissatisfaction structure, a survey was conducted of 202 subjects ranging in age from their 20s to their 60s and who were currently employed career women who had graduated from one of two four-year women's universities. Subjects were divided into two groups based on whether or not they had changed jobs. As a result of factor analysis, job dissatisfaction was summarized into four factors: expectations on women by the workplace, quality of job and job duties, volume of work, and health and welfare benefits. The relation between these four factors and demographic determinants, job conditions, and psychological determinants were examined and it was found that three of four factors were strongly related with psychological determinants.
