概要 The influence of non-purified and AIN purified diets on the development of hypertension was examined in deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt hypertensive rats and SHRs. In the first 1-2 weeks, the blood pressure was lower in the SHRs fed the AIN93G-purified diet than in those fed the non-purified diet. However, no significant difference in blood pressure was observed within the SHR group thereafter.
