概要 In this study, we tried to detect 6-nitrotryptophan containing proteins in some organs and serum of SHRSP (stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rat) using western blot analysis. Consequently, it was revealed that the amount of 6-NO2Trp containing protein in SHRSP was larger than that of WKY (non-hypertensive, wistar kyoto rat).
