概要 What would a more emboldened form of Abenomics look like and what would it mean for Japan? This paper will examine the impact of the Industrial Competitiveness Council's proposed labor market reforms on the workplace. It will also look at the implications of these proposed reforms in the context of the broader changes that are affecting the workplace globally: increasingly flexible work arrangements, the breakdown of barriers, and the growing need for more self-reliance. Paper was peer reviewed.
