概要 The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual status of life after retirement of agriculture-extension worker who worked while keeping these matters in mind by investigating what they will pursue in the future by utilizing the techniques, ability, and human relations. I believe that this study will be a useful reference for agriculture-extension worker who have already retired and those who will retire in the future when they establish a life plan in pursuit of a 100-year life including more than 20 years of life.
The policies and issues that were impressive to them during their employment were those related to women and gender equality. It became clear that their exchanges with fellows and farmers all over the country are still continuing and a social network is being built.
