概要 The purpose of this study is to make a proposal for the construction of a new regional system for the realization of sustainable livelihoods in rural areas. We went to Miyama Town in November 2019, March 2020, September 2020 and June 2022 to interview residents and community stakeholders about their attitudes and actions. However, the field survey was suspended due to the impact of the new coronavirus pandemic starting in January 2020. This study reports on the results of this survey, albeit to a limited extent. The results of this study indicated that a new regional system needs to be established through the creation of employment by taking advantage of regional resources and the exchange population between the region and urban residents.
