概要 Seeds were sterilized when seeds of lettuce were attached to the Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Water. The bactericidal effect was very high. There was no influence in a germination rate. The bean sprouts of the alfalfa cultivated with Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Water had few bacteria.
