概要 | As workplace mobility and the _war for talent_ increase, the workforce in Japan will no longer proceed, lock step, from college to new grad hires to retirement as a cohort. An increasingly diverse workforce will include mid-career hires, women restarting their professional lives and other unique career paths.
· Whether moving up the corporate ladder or re-entering the working force, how can employees--women, in particular--better equip themselves for a dynamic workplace. · How can employers leverage these diverse perspectives? From a personal and institutional point of view, a panel of executives and educators will consider what it means to train and manage a more diverse workforce. |
