概要 This study assessed the correlation between plasma GzmB levels and severity of pruritus and dermatitis, in AD patients. As the results, it was revealed that plasma GzmB concentrations were significantly higher in patients with AD and psoriasis than in healthy controls. Consequently, we considered that plasma GzmB levels may reflect the degree of pruritus and dermatitis in patients with AD.
