概要 In this study, we revealed that carbonic anhydrase III (CAIII) was nitrated in the skin region of atopic dermatitis (AD) model mice and AD patient. In addition to that, the enzyme activity of CAIII was suppressed by the nitration. So we considered that the nitration of CAIII might be critical factor to induce AD conditions such as alkalization of skin surface.
