| 概要 | Using dead body for the purpose of medical education, in particular, for surgical training has been calling for attentions lately. Taking limit of using artificial model as an alternative human body and the risk for actual patients being used as study subjects into account, dead body is an ideal substitute. Yet, such use goes beyond present laws on autopsy or the organ donation. This paper explores appropriate procedures for consent in these new types of cadaver use by analyzing the discussion on endotracheal intubation training on the newly dead in the United States. |
