概要 | Panasonic, a globally-competing Japanese electronics manufacturer, has adopted a platform strategy in the audio-visual products market that is unique in its scope of component sharing. This study examines the merits and demerits of this platform strategy and considers how Panasonic can minimize those demerits while maximizing the merits. Through an examination of Panasonic's unique platform strategy, we can identify and analyze different merits and demerits that were previously unknown. |
