概要 We tried to detect the nitration of tryptophan in differentiated and naïve PC12 cell using proteomic procedures. Especially, in this report, we reported the nitration of proteins under the NGF induced differentiated condition. Some ribosomal proteins were detected as the nitrated protein in this studies.
