概要 We constructed the methods to identified nitrated tryptophan containing protein from PC12 cell lysates exposed to peroxynitrite. Proteomic analysis using the monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against nitrated tryptophan and LC-MS/MS were important techniques in this methods. Using this method, we achieved to detect some nitrated tryptophan containing enzymes in the cell lysates.
