概要 In this study, we tried to detect 6-nitrotryptophan containing proteins in some organs and serum of SHRSP (stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rat) by proteomic procedures using LC-MS/MS. Consequently, we identified 6-NO2Trp containing proteins in SHRSP.
