概要 In this study, we analyzed mutagenicity of nitrated tryptophan and relate compounds using umu-test, a nitroarene-sensitive mutagenicity test. Consequently, we cralified that 6-nitroindole have mutagenicity while 6-nitro-L-tryptohan and L-trytohan did not.
