概要 In this study, we attempted to detect a new biomarker for the early stage of AD by focusing on the nitrated residue contents of plasma proteins as an indicator. Consequently, we showed that the 6-NO2Trp content of Ig light chain could be used as a new biomarker for detecting AD at an early stage.
