概要 In this study, we aimed to investigate whether CAIII inhibition induce the AD-like symptoms on the skin of C57BL/6 mice. Consequently, application of CA inhibitor on the skin induced some AD-like symptoms under the co-existence of an environmental factor for AD, such as mite, in C57BL/6 mice. Functional disorder of CAIII by the tryptophan nitration might be one of the factors to construct the predisposition of AD.
