概要 We generated in vitro M cell like model using C2BBe1 cells co-cultured with Raji cells. This co-culture model was increased transport of microspheres and lactic acid bacteria compared with C2BBe1 monoculture. These results suggested that transport function of C2BBe1 cells was promoted by Raji cells.
