概要 Since late 20th century, oligopoly of English language over others has been advancing, whereas we are starting to face at the same time the problem of endangered language and multilingual community. The author bases his idea upon the objection to the Engilsh linguistic imperialism and language genocide, and tries to seek a solution how we settle linguistic wars in the polyglottal situation in order to realize the ideal of happy linguitic coexistence.
