概要 Associations between nutrition and health are complex and often influenced by many factors. In order to improve indefinite complaints and healthy school life in adolescents, a dietary lifestyle education (DLE) is effective and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the education program is important. So far, we developed a food frequency questionnaire (FFQW82, Watanabe, et al., Public Health Nutrition 2010) and reported the effects of the classroom DLE based on a cluster randomized controlled trial (Yamaoka, et al., Public Health Nutrition 2010). The aim of the study is to assess the effectiveness of dietary lifestyle education program for adolescents (PADOK) on reduction of indefinite complaints based on a cluster randomized controlled trial in junior high schools. We reported the study protocol.
