概要 Before and after the Battle of Khalkhin-Gol / Nomonhan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan was greatly concerned about negotiations between Britain, France and the Soviet Union in addition to their attention to diplomacy relations between the Soviet Union and Germany. At the same time, the American position towards the Battle of Khalkhin-Gol / Nomonhan caught their attention.
