概要 The most notable part in Tea Road is from Kyakhta - Khüree (now Ulaanbaatar) - Zhangjiakou (Kalgan). In recent years, the studies of the Tea Road mainly focus on the people, as well as the surrounding tea trade, war, culture and other aspects. Comparatively, there exists few studies on “the road”, such as the famous Zhang (Zhangjiakou / Kalgan) Ku (Khüree) Road, research is not sufficient. This paper tries to investigate Zhang Ku Road on the basis of previous studies and documents from Taiwan, Mongolia, and Russia.
