概要 In its initial attempt at re-accreditation, Showa Boston failed to meet several of the academic standards set by the Commission on English Language Program Education (CEA). In order to pass on its next attempt, the institution had to make major changes in order to develop a standardized outcome-based curriculum, ensure assessment of the outcomes, and improve the faculty evaluation process. This presentation explains how the school undertook this challenging task and ultimately succeeded in retaining its accreditation.
