概要 [COIL]Building the New Normal in the Interconnected Economy 　コロラド大学リーズビジネススクールとともにcollaborative online international learningの一環として、　日米の学生が１０チームに分かれ、下記５つのサブトピックを切り口に「コロナ後の新しい日常」について合同で調査研究し、その結果を発表しあう6週間のプログラムを運営した。 1. Aging workforce 　（労働力の高齢化） 2. Youth unemployment　（若年失業問題） 3. Diversity and inclusion in the workplace（職場における多様性と包摂性の推進） 4. Climate policy as related to business decisions（事業戦略としての温暖化対策） 5. Entrepreneurship and innovation（起業とイノベーション）
