事項 International Symposium: Design Symposium for The Future Protein 主催
概要 The issues of animal protein production processes became problematic from the perspective of energy and the environment. As the demand for animal protein increases with population growth, protein production is considered to be a major key to the future food crisis problem. The symposium featured architect and design engineer from Europe, Thai entomologist, product designer and Japanese design researcher. エネルギーや環境の観点から問題視される動物性タンパク質の生産工程の課題をデザインの観点から考察する。人口増加に伴い、動物性タンパク質の需要も高まるなか、将来の食糧危機問題の主要な鍵を握るとされるタンパク質生産。イタリア人建築家、フランス人デザインエンジニア、タイ人の昆虫学の専門家、プロダクトデザイナーなどを迎えてシンポジウムを行った。
